Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir
A Republic Trask Ulgo Guild.
[Har noo-HAH-teesh jah-HIE-leer] A Mando’a dialect approximately meaning "The unseen watchmen", — also known as the the Ja'hailir Syndicate.
The Ja'hailir are notoriously known for their obscurity and their organized nature, and they operate anywhere their ships can take them. Authorized to attack Sith affiliated shipping, aiming to disrupt their commerce and pressure the Sith Empire to deploy warships to protect merchant trade against raiders.
The Ja'hailir is a clan-based, privateering syndicate. Originally a Mandalorian clan revolving around conflicts, piracy and warfare, but after the defeat at Battle of Malachor V, they came under the influence of a smuggler syndicate and was forever changed. Since then, the Ja'hailir has been actively privateering against the Sith Empire and their allies.

Jedi within the Syndicate
Emotion, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passion, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony. Death, yet the Force.
During the Ja'hailir Schism, a smuggler named Jarrin Nebula approached the Jedi Order and pleaded for their help against the Sith infiltrators that had plunged the Ja'hailir into an internal power-struggle. The Jedi order assigned a small group of Knights and Consulars to investigate and it took them almost seven years to root out the Sith so that Jarrin could consolidate the remaining captains within the Ja'hailir. A few of these Jedi still operates from within the Ja'hailir with mandate from the Jedi Order.
The Ja'hailir Rangers
Honor, Duty, Defense of the Ja'hailir
Previously, the armed forces of the Ja'hailir were considered to be nothing else but Mandalorian pirates, but after the Great War, it became clear to the Republic that Ja'hailir had been suffering severe damage during the war against the Sith Empire, and that they now needed help to survive the inevitable war to come. So, in the wake of the Treaty of Coruscant, a few selected members of the Ja'hailir has been given special training and equipment by the Republic military.. These people form the Military chapter of the syndicate.

1) Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir
[Har noo-HAH-teesh jah-HIE-leer]
A Mando’a dialect approximately meaning "The unseen watchmen" or “The unseen observers”, or simply the Ja'hailir — also known as the "Unseen”. The Republic, and Jedi order, call them Ja'hailir, literally "Observer", while the Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir sometimes refer to themselves as "Teesh". The Ja'hailir are notoriously known for their obscurity and their organized nature, and they operate anywhere their ships can take them.2)An organized crime syndicate that operates in various sectors of the known regions, suspected to have their base hidden somewhere on Ord Mantell. Supposedly, the Ja'hailir is fighting against the separatist movement, and supporting various groups with gun-runs and shipping refugees into safe regions. They have on several occasions been working for both Hutts and the Exchange, when the missions applied to the Ja'hailir agenda.
- 3) More will appear here when the game has started.

Divisions of origin
Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir derive from two separate groups which collided at the end of the Mandalorian Wars. In their early years, the Ja'hailir revolved around piracy, with the fierce battles being a source of honor, credits and pride. Atros Shaan, the first leader of the group was known as the cold and merciless leader of a Mandalorian privateer fleet. Throughout their early history, the Ja'hailir raided mostly neutral ships and outposts in the outer rim, but after a failed attack on Mara Jai's smuggler base, Atros Shaan and his band of pirates were trapped. This station came under Sith attack just a few days later and Mara Jai released Atros and his men under oath, that they would fight against the intruders. After this, Atros and his mandalorians were easily recruited into the syndicate, and they merged well. As the years passed, the Mandalorians within this group stopped wearing the battle armor, and worked out a new Resol'nare that would fit the whole group.
"You will raise your young as Ja'hailir—and defend them. You will refine your skills and become a master of your trade, and you will speak our language. And you will serve the Ja'hailir, and rally when called. These are sacred to our movement. Do them—and you may call yourselves Ja'hailir!"

Although the modern Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir has diversified, some still identify with the mandalorian traditions; for example, members of the Ja'hailir Rangers may refer to themselves as mandalorians.

Structure & Traditions
During the formation of the Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir, they adopted the Smuggler guilds hierarchical structure where each Captain owe their allegiance to the Ja'hailir Council who in turn owe their allegiance towards the Collegia Legate. The mandalore code of justice and duty was incorporated where loyalty and respect towards eachother within the guild is a way of life. Each Council meeting is rumored to start with a ceremonial sharing of Ne'tra gal (Mandalorian black ale) from a single cup, served by the Legate. Those who have received drinks from the same cup as the Legate are concidered to be part of the immediate family.
A Captains group are called Ja'hailir Collegium. Members of Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir cut their family ties and transfer their loyalty to the Captain. They refer to each other as family members. Teesh comes from all walks of life. Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir accept children who have been abandoned or exiled by their parents, and many Teesh start out as common street thugs, loosely affiliated to a collegium before they are recruited. The Haar Nuhaatyc Ja'hailir have a very complex organizational structure. There is an overall boss of the guild, and directly beneath him are the councillors. The second in the chain of command is the Collegia hand.

- Weight: 74 kg
- Hair color: Dark brown
- Eye color: Amber
- Birthplanet: Ord Mantell
- Homeplanet: Unknown
- Profession: Smuggler
- Facial Appearance: Jarrin has quite sharp features, high cheekbones and intense eyes. It's normal to see him with several days stubble, and he's got several small old scars and marks over his face. As if he's taken more than a few beatings over the years.
- Body Appearance: Jarrin is quite tall with an athletic built body. A jagged scar across the side of his neck makes him look a little brutish.
- Personality. At first impression he seems to be an eclectic, fierce individualist. Emotionally, Jarrin at times seems detached and unsympathetic, easily enraged at signs of bad courage and weakness, he is disgusted by self-pitying people. Yet he has a strong sense of intrepidity and loyalty, and would not hesitate to help a person in need, especially if the Sith Empire had caused the trouble. Those that knows him well has seen that he is mentally scarred from the deaths of all those that he cared for during the Great War, and that he is often thinking about the lost ones. He is also known as very practical, almost incapable of seeing other meanings behind what he sees, although he is very keen and clever. Jarrin is not very patient, especially when he is under stress, and he hates slow paced conversations. Likewise, Jarrin hates over-planned actions, and trusts greatly in his instincts and skills at improvising and adopting according to the situation. He is not one for small talk, and his reputation puts him up as being of a brutal, rude, cold and ruthless nature. Jarring won't lift a finger to change that rep. Amongst Ja'hailir, he is known to care a great deal for his friends and allies, Jarrin frequently puts himself at risk to save or assist them – often recklessly.
- Equipment & more Jarrin's blasters is his major signet, more known than his face, as they are recognized throughout Ja’hailir and are used as an identifier of Jarrin. He sometimes refer to them as "his daughters" and they are described as long and heavy, with dark steel and ivory grips, Ja'hailir engravings where the brand should be, and the bolts has a golden color. Even if he often looks scruffy, he is known to dress exclusively in custom tailored clothes.
